Spacious, clean, super nice people and free breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Not very happy with a suite that cost $200. Chipped glass in kitchen, refrigerator not particularly clean, no stopper in bathroom sink, very slippery shower floor, no place to put wet soap on bathroom sink. Paper towels placed on top of fridge - too high for short person to reach. Rusty, dirty floor under fridge Haven’t gone to bed yet - we’ll see.

The front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was the one bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, nearly everything else was disappointing. The pool at the hotel was closed, so we were directed to use the pool at a neighboring hotel owned by the same company. That pool area was extremely dirty, the water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was also closed. The condition of our room was unacceptable. There was black mold in the shower, hair on the linens, and an extremely foul odor throughout both the hallways and our room. The pillows were paper-thin and offered no comfort. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

I question how much the staff and management care about the hotel. I found a belt in the pull out sofa along with a sandwich wrapper. I had to ask twice for sheets for the pull out. The extra pillow in the closet was stained and had no pillow sheet. The shower was not overly clean; there was grime and hair. There were garbage bags left out side of rooms for long periods of time to be picked up. House cleaning staff cared more about watching social media instead of cleaning rooms. Food was oily and greasy. Other guests were taking large plates of food to their rooms, sometimes clearing out 2/3 of the food. Front desk staff were NOT friendly and barely available. Multiple times I had to call out for someone at the front desk because they were in the back. When asking for a late check out, I was given attitude by the person at the desk. One staff member noted they were living at the hotel because of issues at their own home. For what we paid for and the lack of service, I will NOT stay there again.
