− All the pictures are fake staff is very rude They don’t answer phone I tried calling couple times when I was on door lady was just looking at phone a d keep ignoring it They will never pick up call for service if you call from room Please Don’t waste your money Place was full with bugs and mosquitoes Stains on bed sheets Its was horrible

Terrible DIRTY UNSANITARY rip off

− It was raining the day before and when I went to check in they gave me a room with dirty flooors and had pools of water sitting in them. The front door mat was sopping wet. I brought my two dogs and i wouldnt even let them down on the ground it was not even sanitary as it was dirty and wet. This could have made my dogs sick. I asked them for a new room explaining the water situation and the owners were like “oh ya we know theres water it rained here”. …. I was livid because the owners thought it was acceptable and especially that they did not care it was dirty or unsanitary. When i made them give me a new room (which wasnt much cleaner but no water on floor) after I made a big deal about it. The fat philipno lady was like “oh its not that bad not too much water”….so out of touch with reality. After paying almost 310 with pet fees while the place was so unsanitary that I wouldn’t let my dogs on the floor I was so pissed. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE
