− The hotel is extremely overpriced for what's offered and the general appearance and almost all of the outlets in the room didn't work.

7.0I liked the breakfast and the room was pretty nice and comfortable. The front staff was very helpful and nice. Omaha is a very pretty place we enjoyed most of our time there.
− Front staff was very nice but while we were in the process of taking our stuff out from the room a cleaning lady that is Mexican was very rude and mean. She was not nice at all, telling us to hurry up and leave and the we should know better then to be still in the room while we were in the process of taking our stuff out and we notified the front staff before hand while returning the key that we were still taking stuff out and they said it was fine. Smh everything was great until the cleaning lady.
