1.0− Poorly maintained property. We stayed in the Villa which was completely disgusting. 1. Room Locks were not working. 2. The flush and toilet were leaking. Whenever you flush, the entire washroom gets flushed. 3. The washroom pot was broken and was totally uncomfortable. 4. At times, there was no water in the washroom. 5. Most of the furniture in the garden was broken with disgusting unhygienic stains. 6. Room service was poor. Asked for a towel, received it the next day. 7. Food was average and overpriced and still they didn't allow outside food. 8. There is no parking available and they also don't actively help to find good parking. 9. There was no handwash in the washroom. 10. Asked for tea kit supply and they said to send it in 10 mins, but it never arrived. Not at all recommended to anyone.
