10.0מיקום מעולה, ממש ליד כיכר ספאניה אבל פונה לרח' צדדי אז אין רעש. עד 15 ד' הליכה ממרבית המקומות במרכז והמון אוטובוסים למקומות הרחוקים יותר. מאפשר לבוא למנוחה והתרעננות באמצע היום (היינו בשיא החום של אוגוסט...) החדר מוקפד , נקי ונח מאוד, צ'ק אין עצמי בלי תוספת מחיר ושמירת חפצים ביום האחרון. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ובקפה יפה ונעים 2 דק' הליכה מהמלון
