− Ralo do banheiro com problema, deixava água acumulada, quarto um pouco pequeno, horário de início do café da manhã (um pouco tarde).

− Quarto péssimo que ficamos, dizia que era um flat, mas na realidade era um quarto bem ruim... No dia que choveu passávamos por uma área aberta e se molhava. Tv do quarto minúscula de 22". Internet horrível, café da manhã péssimo, com bolos e salgados repetidos 3 dias sem renovar... Sucos de saquinho... Nada de suco natural, enfim o café da manhã foi uma decepção. Aí chegarmos às roupas de cama estavam manchadas e pedi pra trocarem. E não trocaram, apenas deram uma nova. Área de lazer terrível... Mesa de sinuca com a rede rasgada e mesa de pong pong toda destruída e caindo aos pedaços. Tem até um fliperama, porém é pago a parte... Num lugar sem opções de lazer é complicado.

− Achei o valor elevado para acomodação simples e não gostei de ser acomodada no subsolo do hotel, a estrutura antiga. Não gostei de não ter opção de escolha da acomodação, simplesmente nos direcionaram para o quarto.
Bom custo x benefício
8.0A localização é ótima, o hotel fica no centro próximo a restaurantes, shopping e fácil acesso as principais atrações da cidade. Foi bem fácil a logística e fizemos todos os passeios de Uber e ônibus da cidade, a parada de ônibus é muito perto do hotel. A equipe é muito simpática e pronta a auxiliar, fomos bem recebidos e orientados por todos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso.
− A acomodação é bem simples. A troca de toalhas deixou a desejar, precisava pedir para repor alguns dias. Mas a equipe é bem prestativa e logo nos auxiliou com esse pedido e outros que solicitamos. Assim que chegamos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e logo prestaram suporte.
