We loved the location how close it was to the water, but I feel like for the amount of money that I paid to stay here th
6.0The location was excellent
− We had issues with our AC not working properly in the front of the Suite it never got below 77° and also our toilet wouldn’t fill up in the back so we had to jiggle the handle to get it to flush . Also, the couch was badly stained, and the extension part that pulled out did not work properly we had a hard time getting it properly extended.

6.0They did switch us hotels because the other property had issues. It would have been nice to know ahead of time however. We unpacked and had to repack.

− Horrible experience, didn’t have room ready at 4 (check in) could not get a hold of anyone. Pool was green and unable to swim the entire week we stayed, then was asked if I wanted room cleaned and they never showed up. I advise no one to stay at this place. Horrible customer service.

− I did not like that the pool was not usable. The whole time that we were there it was green.
