5.0従業員が丁寧な対応挨拶もしっかりされてきて良かった。
− 押入れの布団が汚い。畳さんしたが髪の毛が沢山出て不潔でした。
人がいなかったので静かでのんびりできる場所
6.0静かでのんびりすることできました。人が多いところは苦手なので、たまにはこんな所での宿泊もありかと思いました。
− 周辺が閉館されたホテルが多く寂れた街になってたところ。また、このホテルも川沿い側はリフォームされておらず、少し残念でした。
総合的に家族で楽しめました。
7.0食事は美味しかったですし目でも楽しめて、stuffの対応も良かったです。 大浴場は一部清潔感に掛ける部分がありますが、色々なお風呂が楽しめて子供も喜んでいました。 足袋やパックなどのアメニティも充実していてよかったです。
− 部屋の空調のバランスを調整するのが難しかった。 あと、部屋の入口周りの照明が暗かったので明るい方がよいですね。 loungeのフリードリンクで、切れている（空）のものがあったので適時補充した方がよいと思います。
