2.0When I arrived, I was informed the Elevator was broken. I get this and am understanding. However, I purchased a suite and got a single king bed room. While confronting the staff I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I took the room available and carried my tools and luggage up three flights of stairs. My complaint is that it was not the room I purchased and Staff was a bit rude about it. In this location, rooms are $300.00 plus per night. I do not think it reflects on the chain itself. Was just a bad circumstance and I expected more for my money. Also the room phone was broken and the AC made a horrible noise. Couldn’t call the front desk. Kinda felt like a setup. I was never rude throught my interactions. I just hope they get these things fixed.

8.0The property is very nice. Ez check in. A couple downfalls... No sheets or bedding for the pullout sofa. Overpriced for the stay. Very disappointed that there was no hot tub when the website said there is. Main reason for renting the property was because it was supposed to have one.

8.0For a property that boasts cleanliness, it was only mediocre. Our room had mold on the bathroom light fixtures and cobwebs on the walls and ceilings. The pool water was too unclean to enter. Otherwise, the place was pretty nice and the staff was warm and welcoming.
