5.0L ensemble du séjour jusqu'à mon départ
− En plein milieu des boutique sinon rien d'autre a faire . De plus avant mon départ je vais me changer dans le Wc car plus accès à la chambre. J'oublie mon portefeuille sur le lavabo. Quand je me rends compte je retourne dans le Wc pour voir après mon portefeuille il avait disparu. Je demande au gens de la réception de regarder au camera qu'il s'est dirigé au WC après moi. Et la seule personne qui s'est dirigée après c'était le boss de l'hôtel il a prit mon portefeuille et est sorti de l hotel le déposer dans un autre local a la place de le déposer. À l'accueil. Les gens de la réception était désolée pour moi et je trouve ça vraiment scandaleux que le directeur vole le portefeuille des clients.

9.0Este un loc bun pentru Istanbul, raportul calitate/preț cred că este un mare atu, personalul este prietenos și super calificat,acces ușor ptr linia T1 către zona turistică, parcarea gratuita este un alt plus care i se atribuire dar nu are nici o treabă cu un hotel de 4 stele. Totul este vechi, trist și multe defecțiuni, de la saltelele proaste, para de la duș defectă si capacul de la wc ce stă să cadă 😬 în rest toate bune...
− Vecinii din Uzbekistan care vorbeau de se auzeau din stradă...noroc că am aplicat varianta ,,pumni în pereți " destul de subțiri 🙏
