10.0稚内駅から徒歩圏内です。駅周辺の繁華街にも近いですが、静かに休める立地です。海側の客室からは稚内市のシンボルの１つの防波堤ドームを眺めることができます。客室は改装されたのだと思いますが清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。食堂では海を眺めながら朝食をいただきました。
