4.0Didn't use the air conditioning, but the baseboard heater worked well. They didn't have comfortable chairs to sit in. The bed was okay. The room was clean. Very, very rustic and dark.

10.0Great location, plenty of parking, Had dinner next door at the pizza spot, grabbed gas at the gas station next door on the way out the next morning. Staff was friendly and kind and even had a young curious deer walking around the property as well.
