6.0The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. The internet service was not good. The breakfast service was limited and only ok. The pool looked dirty and there were construction workers all the time. The hotel is a nice hotel but the lack of attention to details and lack of quality make the experience only average.

10.0It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world.

8.0Good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel shows its age but is in good condition, very clean rooms and has a nice pool and duck pond. I would definitely recommend it as it is good value for money.

8.0I had a great stay at Hotel Diuwak! The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool—clean, spacious, and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I’d definitely come back!
