I liked the location and its spaciousness.

− The staff were unwelcoming toward foreigners. The booking process was uneventful until check-in, when I was unexpectedly asked to present my credentials, which I did. After that, they suddenly requested my wife’s IC along with a photocopy. This was a first for me. I was then presented with a long list of terms and conditions, many of which felt unreasonable and seemed designed to justify deductions from the security deposit. After our stay, RM500 was held despite the unit being cleaned before departure. RM150 was deducted because the staff claimed the cooker was oily, and another RM120 was deducted solely because I am a foreigner. It took three days to receive the remaining balance of my deposit. That experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this property to other foreign travelers.

The listing is not as what the website says. There are more rules n "Can'ts", No Wifi n toiletries

The price is quite affordable. And its a huge house so good for big groups

− 1. The facility says got wifi. But the host, after making payment informed that there is no wifi (even tho at the house it has a board that says "Wifi Zone) 2. In the booking.com page under the rules, it never stated a rule that said no Bbq. But after making the payment (via bank transfer with conversation in whatsapp with the host), the host stated no BBQ and if we wanted we have to pay RM300 (mind you the listing is RM650+ and bbq RM300?). All we wanted to do was small bbq with a mini foldable pit. And the host with so many rules (no heavy cooking, etc etc) felt like a blackmail like if we dont follow yr deposit will be taken. Cant be noisy or u will be charged for that as well. Cant this cant that. I mean we are decent humans not barbarians. To emphasize on the rules all the time only increased our anxiety. 3. The house itself was fine. But once we got there and turned ON the lights and fan, the electricity for 2nd and 3rd floor went off. (The power board tripped). I informed the host but he asked if we plugged in our charger or if we changed the aircond settings. Despite turning the power back on, it keeps tripping every 15mins. We could not sleep at all as it was way too hot due to no electricity in the rooms in the upper floor. We informed about this to the host as well in whatsapp around 4am ( i was not expecting a reply at that time, but maybe an explanation to it in the morning.) But nothing from the host. There is a small maid room at the ground floor and it had no aircord just a small fan. In the morning, the host never addressed our concern, his first message was the checkout rules and that we have to leave sharp on time (still no electricity on the upper floors, we had children and we could only shower them with cold water in the morning). The only thing the host said about the issue, "ok i will check".
