4.0Not very clean, cold coffee,,no shampoo, no soap, no towels.no lunch box on day of excursions. Huge potholes in parking. Food in restaurant expensive and not great. Management not very helpful with questions regarding car insurance

8.0Weather was cloudy. So the hot water tank had no hot water. Remember it’s not the USA, they don’t have hot water heaters. They have have black tanks on the roof. The pool was also cold. The staff are logistical wizards and super friendly. They make some mean pancakes and eggs for breakfast.
