7.0− Faltou a identificaçao de todos os alimentos fornecidos no cafe da manhã o que cria duvidas no que pegar e acaba tendo desperdicio por ter provado e não gostado, que com uma simples identificação poderia ser evitado. Nao foi disponibilizado leite quente

2.0− Meu quarto reservado não estava limpo quando cheguei, isso porque cheguei 21h. Tiveram que me colocar em outro quarto diferente e pior. Não tinha gente na recepção quando cheguei e quando apareceu alguém, tinha 1 pessoa só e demorou quase meia hora o check in. A frente do hotel estava cheia de carros estacionados e o manobrista não estava lá pra pegar o carro. Café da manhã bem ruim em opções.

− Hotel muito antigo. Tem um certo nome no imaginário da população local, supostamente criado quando das épocas áureas. Apesar disso, verifica-se que precisa de muita atenção com reformas e atualizações. Um bocado decadente. A estrutura muito grande não recebe o cuidado devido. A equipe de funcionário é bem variada: alguns se esforçam; outros, nem tanto. Algumas incongruências no atendimento como um todo. Café da manhã não é bom. Apenas razoável. Banheiros do lobby do hotel bem precários com partes emendadas com arames ou fitas. Não é barato. Uma pena.
