10.0Beautiful location set in woodlands with two lakes. The outside terrace is beautiful and was a wonderful setting to have dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant. Three is also Le Jardin restaurant/bistrot which is more casual and again in the most delightful setting overlooking the garden and kitchen garden. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make the stay special, with a particular thank you to Clement. The room was larger than expected and beautifully furnished with all facilities catered. Plentiful parking.

7.0The Michelin restaurant Excellent facilities
− The decor would make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. The wallpaper in our room depicted colonial India, with white colonists served by Indian servants. Even worse, the grotesque mural on the external wall of the entrance house depicting a black African in native garb is completely inappropriate in this day and age.
