− Hotel ist gar nicht in Betrieb und wird noch angeboten. Es giebt keine Rückmeldung vom Betreiber. Wir hatten nicht die Möglichkeit einzuchecken und der Betreiber hat sich nicht zurück gemeldet. Es steht komplett leer und ist nicht Inbetrieb.

− Völlige Ignoranz vor Ort. Der Zustand des Bads war ( ist)unterirdisch. Es fand keinerlei Erklärung über Zimmer und Hotel statt. Während des Aufenthalts kümmert sich niemand. Ein solches Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Booking com .sollte seiner Veranteortung gerecht werden. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder Booking com.!!!!!

− Sehr geehrtes Booking.com-Team, meine Buchung im Haus am Meer in jork war vom 21.12.2025 bis 23.12.2025. Laut der Homepage des Haus am Meer, jork, war das Frühstück inklusive. Vor Ort wurde mir telefonisch jedoch gesagt, dass aufgrund der Buchung über Ihre Plattform kein Frühstück angeboten wurde. Ich bitte um Klärung und eine entsprechende Rückmeldung.
