9.0Kitünő elhelyezkedés , Bari központi pályaudvar 1 perc séta , buszállomás 5 perc . Gyalogosan bejárható a város és remek kiindulópont lehet a környékbeli kirándulásokhoz.( Matera, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare) a repülőtér busszal és vonattal is egyszerűen elérhető. Welcome drink és aperitif minden este 6-kor. Kényelmes ágyak, tisztaság és jól hangszigetelt szobák. Kielégítő választékú reggeli.

6.0− Per quanto mi riguarda il costo della camera è stato esageratamente alto per la tipologia di camera molto spartana. Poche prese, bagno con miscelatore old style, frigo con un paio di bottigliette di acqua, senza uno snack, patatine. Il sistema di controllo del condizionatore vecchissimo e non funzionante bene. Controllo luci dal letto limitatissimo. Per un quattro stelle con il prezzo che ho pagato mi sembra esagerato.
Soggiorno molto confortevole. Consigliati sia soggiorno che cena!
9.0Bella struttura. Le camere erano abbastanza grandi e molto confortevoli. Erano anche pulite bene. Lo staff era cordiale e la cena al ristorante dell’hotel era buonissima, decisamente consigliata (la colazione era discutibile). Ci fermeremo di nuovo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione.
− Probabilmente la comunicazione con lo staff delle pulizie andrebbe migliorata. Hanno pulito una delle nostre camere prima che avessimo fatto il check-out e hanno aperto la porta dell’altra, per cui avevamo prenotato un late check-out e quindi stavamo ancora usando. Abbiamo dimenticato in camera un flacone di shampoo e di balsamo e telefonato dopo poche ore dal check-out per sapere se potevamo andare a prenderle ma ci è stato detto che non erano stati trovati. Probabilmente sono stati buttati via(?), di solito dovrebbe essere prassi conservare gli oggetti trovati al di fuori dei cestini della spazzatura. La colazione non era un granché.
