Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser ses bagages au-delà de 14h. Nous avons payé 22 euros en consigne pour laisser nos valises jusqu'au soir, notre vol étant à 21h30. La taxe de séjour est cher, 72 euros pour 3 personnes et pour 4 nuits. À compter en plus.

After an incredibly disappointing experience at another property, we urgently needed a place to stay late in the evening. She responded immediately, welcomed us on very short notice, and completely turned our trip around. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
My family primarily speaks Spanish, and even though Spanish is not her first language, she made every effort to communicate with us in Spanish so we would feel comfortable and understood. That simple gesture meant so much to us and reflected the kind of person she is.
Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she responded almost immediately, regardless of the time of day. Since it was our first visit to Rome, we relied heavily on her recommendations, and every single one exceeded our expectations. She suggested amazing restaurants, local attractions, and hidden gems that we never would have found on our own.
She also gave us access to discounts on local tours, making our experience even more enjoyable. We learned that she reviews restaurants and local businesses for a travel publication, and after following her recommendations, it was easy to understand why. Every restaurant and every place she suggested was absolutely fantastic.
The apartment itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated with a modern design, and maintained in perfect condition. The location was outstanding and made exploring Rome incredibly convenient while still providing a peaceful and comfortable place to relax after a long day.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was her hospitality. She never treated us like just another booking. She genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Her kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help at any moment made us feel welcome from beginning to end.
