6.0The room was big and bathroom too. Liked the kitchenette. Quiet, lovely gardens. Liked the room service.
− Room was dirty in places. Needed more attention especially under the bed. Lots of cobwebbs and dust.. Property was old, but thats not a problem, just needs a bit of a spruce up and it would be good.

The worst 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Probably a 2 star at best.
1.0The location was spectacular
− There is no way this hotel is 4 stars. The reception closes at 10pm and does not open again until after 6am. The room was filthy and very old. The blinds in the kitchen were rusted and falling apart. The shower ledge was covered in rat faeces and remained that way throughout our entire stay so the rooms were not cleaned. The shower curtain was falling off the railing and the toilet seat should have been replaced about 10 years ago. The included breakfast was horrible. Prior to our stay we visited and were shown a lovely room. When we and our guests arrived (we booked 5 rooms) we were put in awful rooms that looked nothing like the original room we were shown.

− The AC was not working well, the bedsheets wre stained, the pillow cases ripped, the pillows filled with holes, there were ants in the bed at night and they could really use some upgrades in the room (paint falling off the wall, etc)

It is good for 1 night stay only.
5.0The room was pretty big as well as the bed.
− It was hard to communicate with the staffs. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. The room is too old that there are cracks and molds on parts of it. The kettle aren't clean enough as well as the sink. The aircon is so hot too. The wifi is soooo slow too.
