10.0The pools were excellent. Beach is beautiful. The only downside was the vendors that approach guests on the beach. The staff was friendly but some were a little less interactive than what we have experienced at Excellence resorts in Mexico. Well worth the money and I would definitely go again.

10.0Stacy and Rocio from the pool service was fenomenol, Randy and Natanael from the grill and agave restaurants were great as a customer service. Food was not great need more simple things as al salad bar, regular meat too. Besides the food hotel clelan and the service was great.

10.0This hotel was quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was okay. The drinks were good. I would recommend this hotel if you’re just looking to relax and just have a peaceful quiet vacation.
