Service/hotel do not live up to their high price. Would recommend looking for other options.
5.0Breakfast was fine. I ordered a boiled egg and toast. Not on the menu but it was cooked perfect for me. Waitress was ok, except for the fact that I had to go looking for someone to take my breakfast order. They were busy all talking amongst themselves at the bar. I felt I was interrupting them. Room was clean and towels and sheets all smelled great. Good water pressure in shower. TV had many channels to watch in lots of different languages.
− Fridge in room VERY noisy. Room outdated but clean. Check in and check out quite unfriendly. I appreciated (and drank ) the two small bottles of water in my room. I asked please for another at checkout and was told I would need to pay for a bottle of water. I was not expecting this response as the hotel is one of the more expensive in SJDS. DEFINITELY need a hospitality review with the staff.

− El café. Creo que pueden mejorar en la calidad del café. Di la sugerencia de monitores de brazalete con dispositivos de llamado en mesa , para no estar levantando la mano y esperar que alguien del personal vea la señal .
