2.0My room was hot. I turned on the ac when I arrived and in 24 hours the room temperature changed 2 degrees. I was told that the check in time was 6pm… first time out of dozens of hotel stays. They claim luxury hotel but they only provided shampoo and bath gel, no conditioner; again first time for this experience. Should have picked a different hotel for the money dished out.
