7.0Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre est grande, spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, tout comme les espaces extérieurs. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec un large choix de plats, ce qui permet à chacun d’y trouver son compte.
− La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les murs étaient tachés et les rideaux sales, ce qui est dommage. Concernant la piscine, il nous a été indiqué qu’elle était ouverte toute la journée, mais un panneau signalait régulièrement qu’elle était fermée, sans que nous comprenions pourquoi. Enfin, la salle du petit-déjeuner manque d’entretien : les housses des chaises ainsi que les murs étaient sales.

8.0This hotel matched what was stated in other reviews. Large, clean rooms, good location for getting Lumut ferry to Pangkor. We had the swimming pool to ourselves for most of the day and they let us check in early. The purpose of our trip was to have a quick stop over before going to the island and this served its purpose. The breakfast was great catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. Yes the place could do with a bit of a revamp but it was really good. I would stay again. 50year old travellers from NZ

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
