Good location, friendly staff, great views, nice pool.

− The same breakfast each day with no variety of hot options. Plates were never cleared at breakfast so the plates just piled up on your table until you left the restaurant once you were done. Limited evening menu, especially for children - we were really disappointed with the children’s menu and asking for anything that wasn’t on the menu was a problem. It was the same for lunch too - no children’s options apart from chips and ice cream. No fresh towels in our room the whole week we were there and constantly running out of pool towels too - in the end we had to keep the pool towels we’d managed to get our hands on and guard them like they were gold! The whole bar area was closed at 11pm sharp every evening even though there were games, a pool table and books to enjoy - apparently because the bar is in the same room & can’t be closed off, they have to shut the whole room - this was annoying.

L’emplacement est top l’hôtel est plutôt agréable manque l’ascenseur et au moins une aide pour monter les bagages le personnel se veut sympathique mais manque totalement d’initiative et de professionnalisme.

− Le plateau de fromage Pour une région riche en bon fromage que des fromages tout blanc insipide et déclassé mis à part le bleu de Bonneval Quel domage LePdj manque de fraîcheur et de variétés et nos assiettes salles restent indéfiniment sur la table…

The friendliness towards our dogs. There was a good sized lawn for them with plenty of shade. The dinner and breakfast were all that I would want. The view of Mont Blanc was magnificent.

− There is no elevator/lift, making it quite a climb for an older person or one with difficulties climbing stairs. The garden chairs are also rather low for a person who is very stiff.

Emplacement avec vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse et les chambres, bon balcon, bonne cuisine, bon accueil, literie confortable et parking.

− Globalement limite pour un 4*, petit-déjeuner correct mais manque de choix (surtout au niveau du pain, le café est également malheureusement mauvais), personnel sympathique mais „à la traine“ (vous pouvez rester 1h au jardin à côté du bar sans qu’on vienne vous proposer à boire (on a dû systématiquement quémander à la réception), attente interminable au restaurant à moitié vide… bref une bonne organisation changerait beaucoup de choses :)), ménage de la chambre fait tardivement, chambre exiguë pour le prix - la vue ne fait pas tout !
