4.0Room to improve… Although I have stayed for 1 night, the room was poorly maintained. The toilet was not clean and left without any cleaning after the prior checkout, all smelly. The shower drain was clogged, the clearance affected. Breakfast was ok though. Staff was friendly.
Cool and Elegant stay
8.0Decent experience. Nice large rooms. Better than expected at this location. Courteous staff and good procedure followed from outside to inside with all precautions.
Unsatisfactory for a 4-Star Hotel
6.0The room booked by us was King sized bed but we were provided with a much smaller bed. Also the receptionist just handed us a letter to read about the hotel property. The rooms had dust in the corners and the shower to tap switch was broken. Did not expect this kind of service from a 4-star hotel.
