4.0I do think the staff was really good and trying but the room had lights that didn't work and one went out while using the room and the hot water went out
Sold me a non-existant room
2.0This is a contract issie between hotels.com and the hotel. When i arrived the clerk said the owner had canceled the reservation because they were sold out. Then a second clerk came in, and after a while she said she had a larger group she could move to a sister hotel. Since my reservations had been canceled (so they claimed) they made me pay a second time. They ckaimed the cancelation resulted in not being paid by hotels.com. Three hours later i finally found a phone number to talk to a live, but noy very helpful, hotels.com agent. He agreed to file some kind of a report, but the whole time i was treated like the issue was my problem, not theirs.
No room reserved for us
2.0We arrived to find that no one reserved our room! There were no other rooms available in the whole town. We had to keep driving another 3 hours and slept in our car because there were no vacancies anywhere. We demand a refund as it was not our fault.
