9.0The lady who worked the front desk upon arrival was very sweet. Although the building is a little older, our room was updated, very clean and perfect for our overnight stay.
− The bed was not the most comfortable, but for one night, I can't really complain.

3.0Location was convenient to pick up our daughter from camp.
− The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable. I could feel the springs inside the mattress and I am not a heavy person. When we arrived I first noticed a used washcloth on the floor beside the ironing board. We placed it outside the room in the hallway. Tried to use the tub. First killed a bug. Then found what appeared to be a clump of short curl dark hair (can only guess as to its source) from a previous guest. Needless to say, I took a shower. The location was great but I think we’d drive from Commerce, GA next time in order to have a more sanitary and comfortable stay.

6.0Right in town...if you want to be in town! Room was updated but pretty spartan. Bathroom was pretty nicely updated. Staff were friendly. I did not stay for breakfast but it seemed OK (I could see what it included as I walked by).
− Walked into room and immediately hit with musty smell. The shower never got warm--even after maybe 5 minutes of running. View out of the window was another building so I kept the shade down. Only one place to sit--which was OK since I was by myself but would be a problem if there were more. Seemed a little higher price than I expected for what I got.
I believe Booking.com is responsible for the inaccurate description of room

− I payed an up charge for a Mountain View. Also a closet instead of a rail. The view doesn’t exist. Nor does the closet. No refund was offered
