5.0− 仕事での出張であつたため領収書が必要。チェックアウト時、ホテルのフロンテでは出せない。とのこと。ブッキングドットコムに☎で聞いたところホテルで発行してもらってくれとのこと。どうなっているんかね？ 二度とブッキングコムは使用しない。

7.0タッチパネルでのチェックイン、チェックアウトが便利で良かった。近くにスタッフも居るのでサポートもしてもらえます。部屋、バスルームは清潔でした。朝食は種類も多く洋食系が多いですがご飯もあり、どんな年代の方にも喜ばれそう。荷物の預かりもロッカーに入れて暗証番号を設定すればロックされ、出し入れも気兼ねなくできました。
− ホテルへ行く近道は、わかりにくかった。駅直結のビルを通って、階段を上らないといけなかったが表示板もなく、階段前で挫折。夜はビルのシャッターが降りると近道は使えず。結局、大通りに出てホテルへ向かった。

10.0Schöne komfortable Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, tägliche perfekte Reinigung, sehr gutes traditionelles Frühstück, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage neben Bahnhof.
