Beautiful and Serene resort
8.0It is a beautiful and quiet resort , it is a bit far from the main road , but if you are looking for a serene place , this is it. All the staff are courteous and responsible. There are two things i had noticed , the air conditioning was a bit noisy , and the washroom was smelly, it smelled like sewer or musty . The housekeeping pour something on the drainages , but after few hours it smelled musty again. I also saw a small cockroach once. But I would stay here again if I come back for a holiday, i might be lucky to have a clean smelling washroom next time.

10.0We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!

4.0The area is very nicely located and has a lot of protenial the bad part its not maintained well smells in room privacy bath room lock not working toilet seat not attached safe not working shower diverter valve leaking bad waste water

6.0The entire staff was very friendly and eager to please. The casitas were nicely furnished, roomy, and comfortable. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my taste. The grounds were clean. The negatives are attributed to the very slow dining service. It took forever to get our order, and check. They were out of a number of items that were in the menu. The food was mediocre. They did have a decent breakfast buffet.
