8.0Location, location, location! Separate entrance. Wonderful surroundings, free parking on site, ski depot, the best Nisko bakery nearby. Perfect pow skiing in Niseko!

Fab hotel with great facilities
9.0Small hotel in an excellent location for the slopes in Hirafu. Very bijou but all facilities covered including a washing machine and tumble dryer and cooking facilities.

10.0Great location in Hirafu town a 15 minute walk from the Gondala or alternatively close to the free shuttle.
Niseko is expensive

− Water pressure, poor wifi, money was required for washing powder and washing machine, heaters ran out of gas, cold. Very expensive but everywhere is expensive, expected better facilities.
