10.0Everything was amazing. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and always available. The food was excellent. Dinner offered something new every day and was consistently delicious. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, very close to the ski slopes.

6.0Staff were incredibly helpful, great welcome and couldn't do enough during our stay. Our room whilst clean was very noisy, as it overlooked the main road, and even with the bathroom window open at the side of the hotel, (no aircon) we could hear the traffic. Great walks and restaurants around our centre location.

10.0Simon and his team made our stay absolutely perfect. Their warmth, attention to detail, and personalised service was really a standout. The food was excellent, and Simon personally ensured that all the activities we wanted to do were fulfilled. We appreciated the casual, impeccable service. And the spa was fabulous- small and uncrowded, but had excellent facilities- we especially liked the infrared sauna. We will be back!
