10.0The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes away from the day tours we registered for. We also loved the complimentary biscuits, the daily supply of bottled water, and the modern facilities.

Overall a good hotel if you look at convenience and location
9.0Proximity to Myeongdong and very convenient by uber or subway to everywhere. My 5th time staying here.
− Nothing much except that the Conceirge can be a little helpful. I noticed a lag in personnels. Some of them will take initiative to help press the lift button when they see many guests coming in with big bags or luggages. Others stand there like a statue and pretend they don’t see you coming. The service level is very confusing as we are not sure what’s the protocol!
