I can’t I never stayed there.
1.0I couldn’t tell you cause I never got to stay cause nobody was at the front desk to check me & my guess in & I came all the way from South Carolina.
− I never got to stay there no one was at the front desk I had to leave & find another hotel & I didn’t even get my money back. I called customer service several times & still no response I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
It was not the best experience I’ve had at Hampton
2.0The staff in the location was good
− The first room we were in the AC did not work. We switched to the next room in that room smelled like smoke. And then third room we stayed in with the shower. Handel was broken off so it was very difficult to turn the shower handle
So good we have already booked for a future trip.
8.0Location and the beds were very comfortable
− The TV only had one channel and when we tried to get the channel guide or change Chanel’s it didn’t work.
I like the hotel and Will definitely come back
7.0It was close to the convention center, but I would like something closer where I can walk and not take an Uber. It is a nice hotel and everybody were friendly.
− The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. The toilet seat was loose. One side had came out, but I screwed them back. The next day I had the cleaning lady came and cleaned. My room and showed her all what I wanted to get done and she did an excellent job. I would definitely come back.
