4.0− Messaged the property and also emailed them a month in advance to inquire about adding an additional guest. They never responded to me until my payment went through. They waited over a month, until the booking was no longer refundable, to respond and so generously let me know that it would be an extra fee. Also when we checked in we were treated to a shit stain in the toilet. Glad to know the place was cleaned beforehand, and no communication was given on when breakfast started or ended, so obviously we missed it.
