5.0I enjoyed the landscaping and the open space feel I love the decorum with ledge themed appearance.
− I disliked the cleanliness of the floors, counters, and smell. What I tried was incensing the room to get the cigarette smell out. I would suggest plug in scents for the room too, it'll bring a more welcoming feel. I noticed that the vent had a creaking noise and the vents in the bathroom had a stain. Maintenance couldnt come in and replace them! The floors were also pretty dirty. They smelled clean but had some filth on them still and my socks turned brown walking on it. I tried to have house keeping come and clean again but nobody ever came. I hope this helps? Thank you for the stay!
It was adequate and it would be nice if we knew left the morning. Someone was there to check you out
5.0Location was good and there was no breakfast.
− The floor was that new plastic wood floors that hotels are using and whatever solution they’re using to clean the floors it was filthy. I used a towel to walk around and the towel was black on the bottom.

3.0I liked how the staff kept it clean
− Our room 420, was not up to par. When we walked in, my husband had to put the right side of the window back in. The toilet seat was 100% not stable. It is extremely loose. The fitted sheet was too big for the bed. The ac kept making a rattling noise.
