2.0They didn’t provide us the room after travelling for 350 kms we were on road on day of holi Poor communication between expedia and hotel management but we were the sufferes

10.0We spent 6 days at Nature Heritage. We enjoyed 3 meals included in our hotel cost. Delicious food and caring staff. The staff did everything they could, under Manager Hari's wonderful attention, to make us content. We booked 3 safaris with the hotel. Saw tigers every safari and even leopards as well as other wildlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandhavgarh! Our favorite part of the day was the evening bonfire at the hotel with pakora and chai!
