7.0המיקום מושלם לטיול כוכב לפיזה,פירנצה ואזור טוסקנה. תיאטרון הדממה של אנדראה בוצ'לי במרחק של 5 דקות 10 דקות ממוזיאון בוצ'לי. חדרים אוטנטיים לחווה טוסקנית. נוף עוצר נשימה של הרים ושדות אינסופיים.
− לא שמתי לב שכמו הרבה מקומות באיטליה אין מזגן החום היה 35 מעלות בימים אלו.

− The sofa bed was not very comfortable. We were in four and it was quite hot but only one fan was provided in the first night. No showergel/shampoo were provided

7.0Posizione immersa sulle colline Toscane con piscina. Posto tranquillo.
− Pulizia appartamento non accurata: peli dietro la doccia, sui mobili c'era polvere. Alcune parti di muro erano rovinate e mancava la pittura. Divano datato e le due parti dove ci si siete quando ci si siede scivolano a terra. Infissi datati. Mancanza di areazione in bagno (ventola inesistente e senza finestra), ganci ante della finestra in cucina mancanti. Mancanza di aria condizionata. Colazione di bassa qualità e con poca scelta di bevande e cibo confezionato. 8 euro a persona per una colazione così sono esagerati. C'è del potenziale perché il posto è molto bello ma mal gestito.
