2.0Lock on window was broken, the place smelled, no electrical outlets in bedrooms, felt very old and dirty. Hotel mgr said they would refund 1/2 of the amount we prepaid... never saw the refund! This is the first negative review I've ever given regarding travel and I've traveled extensively for work and recreation. I strongly advise DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS OLD PLACE.

4.0The room and bathroom were okay, nothing special. I don’t feel like the quality of the room and property were worth the price I paid for my stay. Also, there is a photo of a walk out beach, and the property isn’t on a beach/lake/river at all. The photo made it seem like it was right outside. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere.

6.0There was no one on duty when we arrived. Everything is done via text messages. I texted them with some questions several times, tried calling them (full mailbox) and finally was answered at 9:00pm. We requested a room change, and they did respond at 9:00 pm via phone call. The newer rooms are nice. If the customer service improves it will be a good place to stay. I don't know what was happening, as they didn't say. Nice dinner restaurant nearby. They don't have a breakfast option in the motel. No breakfast restaurants nearby in Naubinway, but there's one 10 miles away. There's a convenience gas station in Naubinway with food for purchase. All in all it's OK.

2.0Dirty sheets. Slept in my car it was so gross. At least they refunded me, however reluctantly, and reminded me I was not their guest.
