8.0Having stayed previously we really like the room size , decor , room amenities and cleanliness, The location is perfect for us as close to Woodhall spa and 40 minutes into skegness.and we consider it good value for money with good quality food if you choose to have breakfast or dinner
− There was a large group dining on sunday evening and even though we booked for dinner when we checked in and it wasn't particularly full except for the large group andxa handful of tables the service was very slow and staffs attention was focused on the group. Similarly in the morning you were left stood for some time before being shown to your table fir breakfast despite the dining area not being very busy . Staff were polite and friendly but not very attentive.
Room far too noisy from passing traffic. No A/C. Has potential to be better.

− Bar staff who didn’t appear to be enjoying their work. Not too welcoming.
Enjoyed our stay.. room was very warm, and no fans was available.
