10.0Lovely hotel with wonderful rooms. Some great sea views, attention to detail with decor. If we were being really picky the bathroom would benefit from under floor heating but as I said this is a luxury. Very reasonable room rates too. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. They arranged for a birthday cake to be left in the room for the birthday guest. They organised taxis for our guests and sorted a minor issue with parking. Breakfast is very good, eggs cooked to order and lots of choice.

Great place to stay
10.0Great hotel for a visit to Folkestone. Located right on sea front but close to town centre. Very friendly staff. We booked a dog friendly room and we were pleasantly surprised to find dog bowls and a bed. Good move. The hotel decor looked like it was recently modernised and our bathroom was super. We had breakfast there, fabulous choice, delicious food and great service. There was also a smart restaurant but we ate out to meet friends. We would return there on our next visit. Beware the many staircases and lifts! Easy to get disoriented whilst moving between floors.
Lovely friendly hotel
10.0Had a brilliant stay here with friends. Hotel is situated in a lovely position overlooking the sea and a short walk to town. Room was lovely, spotlessly clean, with lovely bedding and towels. Good hospitality tray and toiletries. Excellent food and drink in the restaurant. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Such a lovely atmosphere throughout.
Newly modernised but with lots of character, great staff, perfect seaside location. Will definitely return.
10.0The hotel looked like it had been recently redecorated and it was beautiful. Everything was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to give us advice on a couple of questions we asked. We had a sea view and even though the weather was bad, the view was brilliant. It’s a good location for seafront, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good quality, local produce and plenty of choice. The restaurant manager was a great character and we had great service. The bar area was cosy. I will definitely be going back. It would be great for families too.
