6.0The food was very good. Unfortunately access from car park to hotel is poor, and very difficult to carry cases and bags up the stairs as there is no lift.

6.0Food was nice, there was an issue at breakfast due to no chef and it took a while to sort out dietary requirements with no chef. There was only fruit available for gluten free option until they sorted out the chef, otherwise evening meal was fine. Room was pleasant and shower/bath were lovelly. Beds were comfy however the bed side lamps didn't seem to work. WiFi was available across the whole hotel. Easily accessible off the M4 and close to the activity we took part in so very convenient.
Good place for visiting Bath and surrounding areas
10.0Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via Bath's No. 31 bus Lansdown Park and Ride facility.
