− we couldn't adjust the temp in the room, and there was no fan/heating/ac unit.

Great fun, good accommodations and friendly staff
7.0The staff was very friendly, only one elevator working at time of check in, so waited a bit to go up to our room, a lot of remodeling and extra time checking in and walking around it, but overall staff exceeded expectations to make up for that.
− one elevator at time of check in, excessive walking due to remodeling, slower check in lines as not as many open due to remodel.
Excellent stay
10.0I stayed 2 nights in the promenade tower and it was amazing, clean and they made sure we enjoyed ourselves, and I appreciated every night I stayed there!!!! Thanks mystic lake!!
Splurged for a bucket list event
10.0The friendliness of the bartenders and reasonable prices.
− I don't splurge on my hotel stays, by the circumstances allowed it for this event. I have a hard time spending more than $150/night, but we used the shuttle and thought it was worth it.
