2.0This was by far our worst experience at a LaQuinta. Upon arrival both elevators were out of order. We booked two rooms, opened the door to one of our rooms and was greeted by construction equipment in the room and the room was clearly under maintenance. We were moved to two new rooms. Our king room had a tub shower. The water did not drain properly so when we took showers we would end up standing in 4 inches of water because it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. In our double room we returned one afternoon to find ants all over one of our suitcases. This was a very disappointing experience. The only bright spot was the front desk staff. The front desk staff were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. I give the front desk staff 5 stars, but sadly despite the property being fairly new it needs a lot of maintenance help.
