10.0We loved our stay in Las Catalinas! We stayed in a beautiful three-level, two-bedroom home with incredible views—sunsets from the balcony were unforgettable. The town itself is incredibly charming and totally walkable. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and it feels both upscale and relaxed. The only thing missing was a great boulangerie—while there is one in town, it was often nearly empty. A full boulangerie with more variety would be the perfect addition to this otherwise fantastic community.

4.0I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay booked through Expedia. At no point during the booking process was it mentioned that there would be an additional charge to use the beach club. I was surprised upon arrival to find that this extra fee was required, which I consider a serious omission of important information by your platform. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff responsible for the beach club was extremely disappointing. I was treated with a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which is completely inconsistent with the expectations of a pleasant stay. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and that appropriate actions be taken. I would also like a formal response regarding the lack of transparency about the extra charges, as well as an apology and possible compensation for the inconvenience caused.
