10.0The staff is very polite, nice, and respectful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Food is great. Housekeepers were nice. Everything was wonderful. Thank yall so much. We will be back again!

6.0The TV did not work. I called the front desk, but there was only 1 person on duty even though the hotel was sold out. The lobby was overwhelming. Poor management.
