10.0- Ryokan fantastico, 20 minuti fuori Kanazawa, immerso nella natura. Rispetto ad uno in città, questo dà molto più la sensazione di essere in un'altra dimensione - Struttura tipica, grande e confortevole - stanza non enorme, ma molto confortevole. Bagno privato molto comodo - cena kayseri strepitosa, un sacco di portate, tutto di grandissima qualità - onsen molto bello: tre vasche calde (una fuori) e una fredda - trattamento complessivo premium: kimono, pasti, servizi
− - forse la cena un po' troppo veloce: hanno portato tutte le portate molto velocemente. Magari un pochino di calma in più sarebbe stata l'ideale
