4.0− The front counter staff where the worst I’ve experienced and I travel Every week. I was unsure if they were medicated or what was happening but they were just not aware Of anything and terribly slow. Like badly.
All another look, every moment for Instagram rather than substance and customer service.

− Lack of attention to detail. Not enough towels, only 1 robe and bathroom vanity was chipped and falling apart.

9.0The location was great and the hotel kind of reminded me of a vacation resort. My friend even said it smelled like vacation lol. I loved the room. It was spacious compared to most. The balcony was a nice size with an amazing view. The shower was big and the bed was very comfortable.
− My only complaint is that the tv wasn’t working and I called downstairs 3 times with no response. So I left it alone and ended up listening to my Bluetooth speaker instead.
