8.0L’emplacement au calme et bien situé dans la ville, la taille de la suite, le petit déjeuner au Goodenough College, très bon et peu cher, la disponibilité du personnel
− Le nettoyage de la chambre. Plateaux et vaisselle non nettoyés, aspirateur non passé, papier toilette non renouvelé. Nous avons dû le signaler chaque jour à la reception pour que le necessaire soit fait.

More than Goodenough in excellent, quiet, central location
10.0The hotel is comprises a set of elegant large townhouses in a quiet square with a park in the centre. The rooms are spacious, airy, light and well-proportioned. Very comfortable. As one is entering a townhouse by its front door, one is free from other people and the bustle and clamour that characterise large hotels. One to remember.

10.0Welcoming and helpful staff, the room was clean and very comfortable in a lovely old building. Breakfast at the Great Hall of the College was really special.

5.0Le look de l’hôtel est sympa, tout comme le personnel à la réception…
− La moquette, ce n’est déjà pas vraiment ma tasse de thé, mais alors une moquette sale, c’est clairement un NO GO… Et il y a autre chose que je remarque chez certains hôteliers quand je réserve via Booking : la chambre attribuée est souvent la plus petite de l’hôtel, un véritable placard à balai ou une chambre dans les combles… Je trouve ça vraiment dommage. À mon sens, ça devrait être exactement l’inverse : un client Booking devrait être considéré comme un ambassadeur potentiel de l’hôtel et de sa marque. C’est justement en lui offrant une bonne expérience qu’il aura envie de laisser un bon avis, de revenir et de recommander l’établissement.
